This document has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulation") in order to allow you to know our privacy policy, so that you are informed about how your personal information is handled when you use our website (hereinafter "Site") and to be able to give your consent to the processing of your personal data in a conscious way.

All information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired in the context of using the services of requesting information, technical assistance, promotion and sending commercial newsletters, or other actions - such as access to the restricted area of the Website - will be treated in compliance with the provisions of the Regulations and the confidentiality obligations that are characteristic of the Artist’s activity. All activities aimed at the processing of data of users of the website carried out by the artist are inspired by the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, limitation of purpose and storage, minimization of data, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, as required by the rules of procedure.

 

Definition of personal data

 

It is defined as personal data pursuant to art. 4 GDPR any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ("Data Subject"). An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a character such as name, identity document number, location data, an online identifier or one or more elements characteristic of its physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity. All information acquired during navigation on the Site will be used for the purposes indicated and described in this Document. During the navigation on the Site, the Artist will process data acquired as a result of the activities carried out by the user during the navigation or those acquired as a result of the use of the services provided by the Site. The information that is processed may be entered manually by the User, collected automatically or acquired through third parties. The User has the right to rectify his personal information at any time or to prevent, revoke and/or oppose its processing.

Contact data

 

This is personal data that can identify the user by indicating information such as e.g. the name of the company and VAT number, full name, tax code, address, e-mail address and fax address, website and date of birth, Telephone or mobile number for natural persons and information provided at registration and unique IDs used by advertising services such as (es. Google Ads)

 

Data acquired during the navigation of the Site

 

The computer tools used to ensure the correct functioning of the Site acquire certain Personal Data which are automatically processed during the use of normal Internet protocols. Some sections and features of the Site designed to collect Personal Data from the User may require that Personal Data be released that can be traced back to the categories referred to in art. 9 of the Regulation, namely data capable of revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, or trade union membership, and to process genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the person’s health or sexual life or sexual orientation". The Artist invites its users not to publish such data except when deemed strictly necessary. In any case, the publication by the User of strictly personal information, even in the absence of a specific declaration of consent to process such data, releases the Artist from all responsibility, which cannot be open to dispute of any kind, since in this case, the processing of the same shall be deemed authorised as a result of the free and informed choice of the interested party to make them clearly public in accordance with the provisions contained in art. 9 (1) (e) of the Rules.

 

Data voluntarily provided by the user

 

In the event that the User, using some Site Features should release to the Artist Personal Data belonging to third parties, the User assumes the position of Data Controller, with all the obligations and legal responsibilities arising from it. It follows that the User exempts the Artist from any liability regarding any disputes, claims, claims for damages, etc. that may be received from third parties whose Personal Data has been processed in violation of the applicable rules on protection of personal data as a result of the use of the features on the Site by the User.
