Madonna of the Graces
In classical iconography, one of the most invoked Madonnas is the Madonna delle grazie (in Latin Mater Gratiarum) and is one of the appellations with which the Catholic Church venerates Mary, the mother of Jesus, in liturgical worship and popular piety. In Italy alone there are more than 40 parish churches dedicated to her, a basilica, three major shrines and countless altars.
It is usually represented with the halo, arms ajar and hands open; in the paintings and prints often appear the rays that symbolize the graces granted by God through Him.

Madonna of the roses
Venerated in San Damiano (PC) Italy
The most famous Madonna delle Rose is an oil painting on panel (69x96,5cm) by Titian, dated to around 1530 and preserved in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. It represents a child with the cross in his hand who gives roses to Mary and Jesus, naked on a pillow in his mother’s arms, who takes them and looks at him very badly.
But all this has nothing to do with the work of Andreas, whose intention was to portray the Mother of God immersed in the beauty of white and red roses.
At Fatima, on each foot of Mary there was a white rose, symbol of innocence and purity. The red roses instead refer to the shed blood of Jesus Christ, but they are certainly also a symbol of the ardent love of Mary and Saint Padre Pio sent one of this color to the Virgin of the Rosary of Pompeii a few days before his death.

Madonna of the stars
The sanctuary of Our Lady of the Stars is located in Cagli (PU) and was erected the year after her first apparition, on the 22nd of July, the year of the Lord 1494.
I saw the photos: it is beautiful and, like many Marian places, it is surrounded by an atmosphere of spirituality and serenity. Today it is less famous, but the many apparitions have made it a pilgrimage destination for centuries.
The drawn line makes the image very sweet, perfect for the bedroom or study, intimate places that make us feel protected and at home. It could be a wonderful gift for baptisms, communions and confirmations.

Madonna of Humility
The Madonna of Humility is a Marian iconographic theme in use since the beginning of the 14th century. It shows the Virgin sitting on the ground with the Child, unlike the Majesty who depicts her on the throne.
These iconographic choices, typical of the '300, were linked to the role of the Church, symbolized by the Virgin, that the mendicant orders (the ecclesiastical orders that had taken vows of poverty, starting from the Minor Order of St.Francis), wanted humble and at the level of the people.
Today, the theme of humility is resurfacing with arrogance and unfortunately in a sneaky way because it condemns all forms of self-esteem and self-esteem, pushing the unfortunate to self-invalidate not to seem arrogant. And when it is imposed, humility becomes a rather ferocious form of suppression, far from its original meaning.
Meaning that Andreas has well expressed in his Madonna of humility, which does not need to flaunt modesty or sit on the ground but, at the same time, does not deny its own value, its love for God, for others and for itself. As you always know how to be: a sublime example to follow.

Our Lady of Charity
There are many sanctuaries dedicated to Our Lady of Charity; one of the best known is in the province of Avellino and was erected after the Virgin appeared to a shepherdess of the nearby village.
Much more famous is Our Lady of Charity of the Cobre (in Spanish, Nuestra Señora de la Caridad del Cobre) which was proclaimed patron of Cuba in 1916 by Pope Benedict XV.

Our Lady of Compassion
The only artistic reference is a Byzantine painting from which Mantegna would draw inspiration to realize his Madonna with child in the last years of 1400.
However, the term compassion frequently appears in Our Lady’s description, with particular regard to the compassion with which she looks to those who are not holy, assisting with piety and always solicitous in giving.
